The so-called “Justice for Renters Act” allows local politicians to tell single-family homeowners how much they can charge to rent out their homes – even if they just want to rent a single room. Homeowners will be subject to regulations and price controls enacted by local politicians.

Look into the camera as you are speaking.
Place the camera at a comfortable angle - generally, either the camera at level with the speaker or slightly above looks best.
Try to have your whole face in the shot.
